3. I have been charged this SHIPPING COST, is this correct?
A: Yes, we only charge ACTUAL shipping cost base on PARCEL WEIGHT. We never overcharge shipping cost and we DO NOT charge any handling cost.

A: FROM DATE OF SHIP OUT to arrive to your destinations for REGISTERED AIR PARCELS take from 5-10 WORKING DAYS (Asia, Australia, New Zealand), 10-15 WORKING DAYS (USA, Middle East). 15-25 WORKING DAYS (for Italy, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela). For Parcels shipped for Philippine Destination, delivery time is 1-2 days for AIR21 / JRS parcels / Cebu Pacific Cargo.
7. I am from ITALY, TURKEY, BRAZIL, MEXICO, ARGENTINA, VENEZUELA, VIETNAM, INDONESIA and my parcel has not arrived, what is the problem?
A: Parcels shipped to the listed countries above may not be delivered DOOR-TO-DOOR and parcel may require CUSTOMS INSPECTION. CUSTOMS INSPECTION can takes up to 2 weeks especially for Italy. Please visit your CUSTOMS INSPECTION OFFICE to claim your parcel. We request customers from the listed countries above to provide phone number which we will attach to the parcel so the CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES can contact you.
8. Does the shipping cost include all taxes?
A: No, any TAXES / DUTIES imposed by your country's CUSTOMS OFFICE will be paid by the receiver of the parcel.

10. What is a REGISTERED AIR PARCEL?
A: REGISTERED AIR PARCELS are parcels that are manually recorded through postal networks and are issued REgistry numbers. Your post office will require the addressee to claim the package at the post office by providing valid IDENTIFICATION and SIGNATURE. Registered Parcels are manually recorded through postal networks which makes it virtually safe from theft and loss. Only the addressee is authorized to access and claim the package which is the main safety feature of this service.
11. Will my REGISTERED PARCEL be delivered?
A: Some countries which DOES NOT require Customs inspection of parcel may deliver your parcel directly to your door. All other countries MAY BE REQUIRED TO PICK UP the parcel at the MAIN POST OFFICE BRANCH in their area after being left a parcel notice card. ID and Signature is required upon claiming of the parcel to make sure the recipient gets the package safely.
12. I think I did not receive my parcel or notice card from my post office?
A: In the event you fail to receive a PARCEL OR PARCEL NOTICE CARD from your post office after 25 DAYS FROM DATE OF SHIPPING, do NOT worry, just inform us so we can send you the SCANNED MAILING RECEIPT and complete instructions to claim your package at the MAIN POST OFFICE STATION in your area.
13. But what if I need the item/s ASAP, what is the FASTEST shipping you offer?
If you need the item ASAP, please contact us and REQUEST FOR GLOBAL EXPRESS EMS SHIPPING. Global EMS Express takes 5-7 DAYS worldwide door-to-door delivery. This service will cost about TWICE the standard Registered Air Pacel rate and comes with online tracking so we recommend this only if you need the item ASAP. 14. What if I have to claim my parcel at the post office, can it wait?
Please take note that you may be required to PICK UP THE PACKAGE at your post office for ID and Signature. Once notified, please pick up the package as soon as time permits you. All parcels are held by your post office only for about 2-weeks AFTER THE FIRST PARCEL NOTICE CARD has been issued. They will send 2 Parcel Notice Cards at your address to let you know you need to claim a package.
If the parcel remains UNCLAIMED at your post office within 2-3 weeks at most, your post office will stamp the package as UNCLAIMED and will return it back to sender. Your post office will have an OFFICIAL RECORD if they have returned the parcel back to sender already.
Once returned, we receive it back after about 40-50 DAYS and we will notify you complete with parcel photos included. Buyer is responsible for re-sending additional postage fees for us to re-package and re-send the order. All returned parcels must be RE-SHIPPED to the buyer and all re-shipping charges must be paid by the buyer. So please make sure to expect your parcels/ parcel notice cards and let us know when you don't receive it 25 days after so we can help you check on it.
