The 802-1 is a devastating rubber when used to hit close to the table, chop, block and hit with the ability to scrub off spin, add, or generate spin. Note that –1 rubbers have more spacing between pips giving increased control over incoming spin and service returns, the –1 rubbers will have a slight decrease in ability to generate spin, but the speed is similar to standard version.
